The turkey breast is carefully removed from the bone, we then neatly tie for an easily carved joint of meat. As with all our turkey, these birds are not mass produced and allowed to mature at their own pace on natural feed, resulting in a flavoursome and noticeable succulent meat. A wonderful option if you are after a turkey roast but don't want the whole bird or leg meat.
